The everyday kitchen guide

A meal plan that
fits your real week.

Plan the meals that need a decision

Start with dinners or the days you will eat at home. The shopping tool can exclude breakfasts, lunches, snacks or individual weekdays. You do not need to shop for a full four-meal day when that is not how you eat.

Choose a realistic starting menu

Open the four-week planner, look at one day and swap dishes that do not suit your schedule. A vegetable omelet is a quick idea; dried-bean dishes need soaking and advance preparation.

Look in the kitchen before writing the list

Choose ingredients in My pantry. Mark foods you want to use first. The tool reports named ingredients only: inspect freshness and quantities yourself. Do not confuse a match percentage with confirmation that enough food is available.

Keep quantities honest

Reference portions scale the original recipe lines. They are not personal nutrition targets. In the shopping list, select the meals and days you will cook, then check stock before buying.

Leave tomorrow a note

After cooking, use Today to note leftover portions or a change of plans. Log a meal only after eating it. Export a backup before moving devices or clearing your browser.
