Here's how.

    Use cooked, drained chickpeas or rinse and drain canned chickpeas.

  2. 02

    Mash with a fork, lemon juice and olive oil. Add a teaspoon of water at a time until it reaches a texture you like.

    Wash and slice the cucumber and serve alongside the mash.
