Baked shrimp with tomato & feta

LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

    Heat the oven to 200°C. Soften the chopped onion in the olive oil for 4 minutes in an oven-safe pan, then add the sliced garlic for 1 minute.

    Add the canned tomatoes and simmer for 8 minutes until thickened.

  3. 03

    Stir in the peeled shrimp, crumble the feta over the top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque throughout and the feta is soft.

  4. 04

    Scatter over the herbs and serve with the bread for mopping up the sauce.
