LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Stir the oats and milk together in a jar or bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  2. 02

In the morning, core the apple and grate it, skin on if you like.

  3. 03

Stir most of the apple into the oats, then top with the rest and the chopped almonds. Eat cold, or warm it gently.
