LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Mix minced beef with onion, beaten egg and any herbs you like.

  2. 02

Shape into patties. Arrange them with the chopped potatoes and sliced tomato in a roasting tray brushed with the olive oil.

  3. 03

Bake around 35 minutes at 200°C, until the centre of the patties reaches 71 °C (160 °F) and the potatoes are tender.
