Here's how.

    Boil the egg for 9 to 10 minutes until the yolk is firm, cool it in cold water, then peel and quarter it.

    Cut the potato into 2 cm chunks and boil for 12 minutes, adding the trimmed green beans for the last 4 minutes. Drain and let steam off for a few minutes.

    Drain the tuna and cut the tomato into wedges.

  4. 04

    Arrange the potato, beans, tuna, tomato, egg and olives on a plate and dress with the lemon juice and olive oil.
