Here's how.

    Drain the tuna well. Drain and rinse the white beans.

  2. 02

    Cut the tomato into wedges and slice the onion very thinly.

  3. 03

    Combine the beans, tomato and onion in a bowl. Dress with the lemon juice and olive oil and scatter over the chopped herbs.

  4. 04

    Flake the tuna over the top in large pieces and serve.
