LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

    Dice the onion and carrot and slice the mushrooms.

  2. 02

    Warm the olive oil in a saucepan and cook the onion and carrot for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 6 minutes until they release their liquid and brown.

    Add the sliced garlic for 1 minute, then the canned tomatoes, the drained lentils and 300 ml of water.

  4. 04

    Simmer for 15 minutes, season to taste and serve hot.
