LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Wash the orange well. Zest half of it, then peel it and cut the flesh into segments, keeping any juice.

  2. 02

Heat the oats and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring, for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy.

  3. 03

Stir in the zest, spoon into a bowl and top with the orange segments, the juice and the chopped almonds.

A little kitchen note

Orange peel is only zested here, so wash the fruit and use unwaxed fruit if you can.
