LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Wash the spinach well and dry it.

  2. 02

Peel the orange, removing the white pith, and cut the flesh into segments over a bowl to catch the juice.

  3. 03

Whisk the olive oil with 1 tablespoon of the orange juice.

  4. 04

Toss the spinach with the dressing, then add the orange segments, walnuts and crumbled feta.
