LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

    Heat the oven to 200°C. Trim the green beans and toss them with half the olive oil and the sliced garlic on a baking tray.

  2. 02

    Roast the beans for 8 minutes.

  3. 03

    Rub the salmon with the remaining oil, place it on the tray among the beans and squeeze the lemon over it.

  4. 04

    Roast for 10 to 12 minutes more, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 63°C (145°F) at its thickest point.
