LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Cook the rice following the packet directions.

  2. 02

Drain the tofu, wrap it in a clean towel and press it under a heavy pan for 10 minutes. Cut it into 2 cm cubes.

  3. 03

Warm 8 ml of the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the tofu for 8 to 10 minutes, turning, until golden on most sides. Remove it from the pan.

  4. 04

Steam or boil the broccoli florets for 4 to 5 minutes until just tender.

  5. 05

Warm the remaining oil with the sliced garlic for 30 seconds, return the tofu and broccoli to the pan, add the lemon juice and serve over the rice.
