Here's how.

    Use cooked, drained chickpeas. Wash the spinach and finely chop the onion.

  2. 02

    Warm the oil, then soften the onion for 5 minutes. Add canned tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer for 8 minutes.

    Stir in spinach and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, until wilted and everything is hot.
