LET'S MAKE SOMETHING GOOD

Here's how.

  1. 01

Use cooked, drained white beans or rinse and drain canned beans. Toast the bread.

  2. 02

Gently warm the oil and chopped garlic for 1 minute. Add chopped tomato and cook for 4 minutes.

  3. 03

Add the cooked beans and heat through, mashing a few with a fork to bind the mixture. Spoon onto the toast.
